- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange for items within 7 days of delivery.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original, unplayed, and pristine condition with all factory tags, protective plastic films, cases, and original packaging fully intact.
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a guitar or tool that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Instruments showing signs of pick scratches, string wear, belt-buckle rashes, or items missing original packaging components cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our tech team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned items.
